How our EES Fast Track service actually works
A bilingual greeter meets you at the aircraft door (Terminal 2E, 2F) or at the end of the jet bridge at all other CDG terminals. They already have your passenger details and are coordinated in advance with the Police aux Frontières (PAF). Instead of joining the public queue, you walk with your greeter to a reserved assisted-passenger channel where the biometric kiosk is staffed and available.
Your fingerprints and facial image are captured in under three minutes. The greeter handles any kiosk error, re-verification, or language friction — a common cause of delay for first-time EES registrations. If anyone in your group (elderly parents, young children, a colleague with a broken leg) needs additional assistance, it is built into the service.
Focused coverage at Terminal 2E, the bottleneck
Terminal 2E is where most direct long-haul flights from the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the Middle East land. It is also where the afternoon arrival bank concentrates between 2 PM and 6 PM local time — when three or four wide-body aircraft touch down within 40 minutes of each other. That is when the worst EES queues happen. Our greeters are pre-staffed for this bank every day and cover all 2E gates.

Does your Meet & Greet actually skip the EES queue?
Yes. We use a dedicated assisted-passenger channel coordinated with the Police aux Frontières. The biometric capture still happens — EES is mandatory — but at a priority kiosk with no queue in front of it, reducing your border time from two hours to 15 to 25 minutes.
Do I need EES if I hold a UK or US passport?
Yes. UK, US, Canadian, Australian, Japanese, Brazilian, and all other non-EU non-Schengen passport holders must register biometric data on their first entry after 10 April 2026. The registration is valid for three years across all Schengen countries.
How long should I budget at CDG without a Meet & Greet?
For non-EU arrivals at Terminal 2E in the afternoon, plan three hours between landing and any onward booking. Morning or late-evening arrivals typically clear in 60 to 90 minutes. With our EES Fast Track service, budget 30 minutes from aircraft door to curb.
Which CDG terminals do you cover?
All of them. Terminal 1 (Star Alliance), Terminals 2A through 2D (SkyTeam and European), Terminal 2E (long-haul, most affected by EES), Terminal 2F, Terminal 2G (regional), and Terminal 3 (charter). Our greeters are pre-positioned at each terminal based on your flight number.
Do my children need to go through EES?
Children under 12 have a photograph taken but do not provide fingerprints. Children aged 12 and above go through the full biometric capture. All non-EU children must be registered on their first EES crossing. Our greeter manages the process for the whole family.
What about ETIAS — is that the same thing?
No. ETIAS is a separate system, expected to launch in late 2026 or early 2027, requiring visa-exempt travelers to apply online before flying (around €7, valid three years). EES is the biometric capture at the border. You will eventually do both. This service addresses EES, happening now.
Is it legal to skip the queue?
The biometric capture is mandatory and we do not help anyone avoid it — that would be illegal. What we provide is priority access to a staffed kiosk in a reserved assisted-passenger channel, a service officially coordinated with the Police aux Frontières. Every traveler is fully registered in the EES system, just much faster.
How far in advance should I book?
Minimum 48 hours ahead to guarantee availability. For peak summer arrivals (late June through August) and for groups of four or more, book four to seven days ahead. Same-day bookings are sometimes possible but carry higher pricing and cannot be guaranteed on the busiest afternoons.
