We track every flight in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your greeter and chauffeur adjust automatically. There is no extra charge for flight delays — 1 hour of waiting time is included from the actual landing time.

Can you help with VAT tax refunds at CDG?

What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations within 24 hours of the service time will be charged the full amount.
